Digital Transformation Consultant

We are searching for a Digital Transformation Consultant.

The ideal candidate will work on theese activities:

• Work closely with customer executives to support digital transformation projects
• Create business case and implementation priority matrix for digital services transformation
• Interact with client business and technical stakeholders and identify impactful use cases
• Building and maintaining relationships with key functions of the organization on behalf of the Senior Management for implementation of various policies and action-plans, connected to the Digital Services transformation track
• Impact and risk analysis, Implementation planning and estimation
• Working in an Agile, cross functional team taking responsibility for the engineering team deliverables and quality
• Working closely with team members and business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
• Involvement in the technical design of traditional BI & advanced analytics solutions for your team, working with the appropriate stakeholders including business, architecture and service
• Expected to be proactive, lead by example, be hands on, involved in all tasks and take on sprint backlog items

Skills required (must have):

• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Corporate business planning and reporting
• Program management, governance
• Exposure to digital paradigms with focus on traditional BI & advanced insights
• Deep understanding of MIS and operational BI, in a digital service transformation context
• Exposure or hands-on working experience in major BI products like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik
• Exposure and experience on SAS
• Understanding of data quality and master data management
• Italian and English fluent level of speaking

The ideal candidate could be a Consultant or Business Analyst with at least 2 or 3 years of experience in Digital Transformation projects, in a Consultancy or Information Technology company.

Skills required (nice to have):

• AGILE development and delivery experience
• Development experience of BI products around MIS and operational BI, management dashboards
• Exposure to Azure data management & BI products
